Self Care: Embracing Holistic Practices for everyday wellness

Care is learned and practiced. We teach ouselvesand others what makes us feel good and how we aspire to live more fully. We can all benefit from offering ourselves a moment of tending to our wellness by slowing down to breath, recieve and realign.

It all begins with switching off and listening to our current state and physical needs. From this centering we can begin to understand what our system is craving so that we can nurture our body and mental health for a lively awakening. With so many paths to health, it is only through our own explorations that we can identify what resonates in our own bodies. Kayr was created when I had aquired an array of practices that support my body and mind andrealized that the variety was my strength. I can rely on various tools and techniques depending on what I need at the present moment. At times we feel the need to release energy with action and other times we require tender comforting which feels supported and accesible as we learn how to manage ourselves with mindful movement, massage, breathing and meditation. Our lives continuoulsy offer us opportunities to explore our existence with invitations to grow daily. It is really up to you whether you embrace the adventure!
